Shipping

We ship from Canada using plain exterior packaging that does not display ammunition-related imagery. Orders of $100 CAD or more ship free; smaller orders pay a flat standard rate shown at checkout. GST/HST/provincial taxes are calculated at checkout.

Production timing

Every product in the catalog can be 3D printed to order. Production takes 3-7 business days, plus shipping time. Larger custom and bulk orders receive a production estimate with their quote.

No returns or exchanges

All sales are final. We accept no returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, colour choice, or ordering the wrong caliber or product. Please review the product specifications and contact us with fit questions before ordering.

Items damaged in delivery

If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once the damage is confirmed, we will print and ship a replacement at no cost. Do not return a damaged item unless we provide return instructions.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable Canadian consumer law. Final policy language requires review by qualified Canadian counsel before launch.
