Information we collect

Bulletboxes.ca collects: contact details and messages you submit through our forms; your email address and consent record when you join the launch list; and, when you place an order, the shipping/billing information and payment confirmation processed by Stripe (we never see or store full card numbers). Basic technical logs are kept by our hosting provider.

How information is used

Data is used to fulfill orders, answer compatibility questions, send opted-in launch/product updates, improve site performance, prevent fraud, and meet tax/accounting requirements.

Service providers

Order payment is processed by Stripe; transactional and form email is delivered through Resend; the site is hosted on our hosting provider's infrastructure. These providers may process data outside Canada.

Consent and CASL

Marketing email is sent only with your express consent, includes sender identification, and every message contains a working unsubscribe link. You can also use our unsubscribe page at any time. Signup consent records (address, timestamp) are retained as CASL evidence.

Access, correction, and retention

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion by contacting us through the site contact form. Order records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting obligations; launch-list records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Privacy officer

Privacy inquiries are handled by the BreCo Creations privacy contact, reachable through the contact form. A dedicated privacy email address and mailing address will be published here before final launch.
